C. Platform Ownership

The Platform is owned by RIDHI AYURVEDA, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at SECTOR 34A, THIRD FLOOR, SCO 54-55, Sarovar Path, Sector 34 Chandigarh Post Office, Sector 34A, Chandigarh, 160022 (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

D. Binding Agreement

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies applicable to such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these Terms of Use constitute your binding obligations. These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable), or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”). Any conflicting terms proposed by you shall be rejected. E. Definition of User

XI. Platform Owner is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service or INR 100, whichever is less.
XII. Parties are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events.
XIII. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
XIV. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
XV. All concerns relating to these Terms must be communicated via the contact information provided on this Website.

H. Manufacturing Partner

Our exclusive manufacturing partner is M/s Arsh Ayurveda & Cosmetics, certified by the Ministry of AYUSH and GMP-compliant.

I. Entire Agreement

This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and Services, superseding all prior communications. Our failure to act on a breach does not waive our right to act on subsequent or similar breaches.
